Our team, lovingly referred to as the “Da Bomb Squad,” works to create unique and high-quality bath bombs that are loved by our customers. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to shine, and our team members are no exception. By providing them with meaningful work and a sense of purpose, we are helping to support them in their employment journey and make a positive impact in their lives.

Our Team Members 

Lead Production Assistant- Matthew

Matthew is a dedicated team player and is always ready to take on any task. He enjoys meeting customers and can usually be found in the production space or behind the counter at our events.

Senior Production Assistant- Yujin

Yujin has been with DisDaBomb since its inception as a CVS Social Enterprise. She has an eye for fine details and takes pride in crafting quality, yet cute, bath bombs for kids. She has been featured in an article for DisDaBomb in the Tri-City newspaper (Which paper) showcasing her amazing talents for crafting superior products.

Production Assistants:

Production Assistant - Sheri

Sheri can be found in the heart of production, she is a speedy worker with a drive to deliver only the very best. Her enthusiasm for her work is contagious and her positive attitude and care can be seen in her dedication to every product she crafts.

Production Assistant - Erika

Erika is the packaging princess. Erika is an integral part of the production team and is often responsible for ensuring that the products you receive are lovingly wrapped up with care.

Production Assistant - Rocky

Rocky is above all else a dog lover, but when she is not busy petting every furry four legged friend she can find, she is the eagle eyes of our operation. With a keen eye for detail Rocky ensures that every product passes our quality control criteria before leaving our door to yours.

Junior Production Assistants:

Junior Production Assistant - Nathan

Nathan is one of our newest members to the squad, he is outgoing and highly motivated. Nathan can be found in the production office always working away to produce our finest quality bombs.

Junior Production Assistant - Autumn

Autumn joined DisDaBomb in 2022 and has been a key member ever since. With her dedication to quality and creativity, Autumn is always coming up with new ideas. When not busy in production she enjoys attending events with DisDaBomb and spreading the word about inclusivity and proving that everyone can work.
